这周在广安的门诊，周一出现了特别的客人，是个彷徨无助的88岁Y老伯。他找不到适当的医生能解决他的问题，情急之下，便找了来自台湾的我。

刚进门的时候，我摸了摸脉，问他是不是大便不太好，他告诉我的确是，由于最近辣椒吃太多，导致大便排不出来，好像有点痔疮。我便让他把裤子脱下来我看看。

当他脱下裤子时，我吓一跳，一个颇巨大的痔疮出现在我眼前，我进一步追问了一下，原来Y老伯原本没有高血压，是由于大便排不出来，很难受，晚上也睡不着，导致高压升到快160。

于是我按照表现出来的症状，依照伤寒六经辨证，给他开了些通便消痣的药。

过了两天，Y老伯又跑来我门诊挂号，说要让我再看看，他露出痔疮时，我发现虽然只吃两天药(一帖半)，痔疮的大小竟然缩小了近一半。

我问问老人家的感觉，他说虽然排便还没完全顺畅，但明显觉得好多了，摸脉频率管的紧张度也明显放松不少。

我稍微帮他针灸了一下头上和腰部的穴位，并嘱咐他要继续坚持服药，希望下次见面能小更多。

能让88岁的老人家舒服的坐下来，大概是我能带给他最好的圣诞礼物吧。

In the outpatient clinic in Guang’an this week, a special guest appeared on Monday, a helpless 88-year-old man Y.

When I first entered the door, I felt the pulse and asked him if he had a bad bowel movement. He told me that “It was because I had eaten too much chili recently, which caused bowel movements to be unable to pass out, which seemed to have hemorrhoids.” I asked him to take off his pants and let me see. So I prescribed some laxative medicine for removing moles according to the symptoms and the six symptoms of typhoid fever.

Two days later, Mr. Y came to my clinic again and asked me to see him again. When he showed his hemorrhoids, I found that although he took medicine for only two days (one pack and a half), the size of the hemorrhoids had shrunk by nearly half. I asked the elderly how he felt. He said that he obviously felt better, and the tension of the vessel was obviously relaxed when he felt the pulse. Although the bowel movement was not completely smooth, I helped him acupuncture the acupuncture points on his head and waist a little, and asked him continue to take the medicine ,I hope that the next meeting will be smaller.

It is probably the best Christmas gift I can bring to an 88-year-old man to sit down comfortably.
